Labourer

Responsibilities

• Assist tradespeople with site set-up and pack-down
• Move materials, tools and equipment
• Assist with formwork, reinforcement and concrete placement
• Keep the site clean, safe and organised
• Follow instructions from supervisors and licensed trades

Required Qualifications

• Current White Card (essential)
• No formal trade qualification required — training provided on the job

Skills & Experience

• Physically fit and willing to work outdoors
• Reliable, punctual and a strong work ethic
• Previous construction or labouring experience an advantage but not essential
• Willingness to learn
