Estimator

Responsibilities

• Review plans, specifications and site conditions
• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates
• Source and compare supplier and subcontractor pricing
• Prepare and submit quotes to clients
• Liaise with the estimating, sales and operations teams
• Maintain accurate records of quotes and pricing

Required Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in construction, quantity surveying or a related field, or equivalent industry experience

Skills & Experience

• Experience estimating concrete, excavation or civil works
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office
• Excellent attention to detail
