Excavator Operator
We’re seeking a skilled Excavator Operator to carry out site cuts, bulk excavation and trenching across our residential and commercial projects.
Responsibilities
- Operate excavators (mini to mid-size) safely and efficiently
- Carry out site cuts, bulk excavation, trenching and grading
- Work from survey pegs and site plans
- Conduct pre-start machine checks and basic maintenance
- Coordinate with site supervisors and other trades
- Follow all site safety and traffic management requirements
Required Qualifications
- Relevant plant operator ticket(s)
- Current White Card
- Driver's licence
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2-3 years' excavator operating experience
- Experience reading site and survey plans
- Good spatial awareness and machine control
- Reliable and safety-conscious
