Site Supervisor
HPL Construction is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations on our concrete and excavation projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on time and to specification.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate site crews and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental requirements
- Liaise with clients, engineers and site management
- Monitor project progress against schedule
- Manage deliveries, plant and site logistics
- Report on site progress and issues
Required Qualifications
- Relevant trade background in concrete or civil construction
- Current White Card
- Driver's licence
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a supervisory role within construction
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Sound knowledge of safe work practices
- Ability to manage multiple crews and sites
