Site Cuts
How is a site cut different on a battle-axe block?
Access is the genuinely defining difference — a battle-axe block’s narrow driveway handle often limits what size machinery can reach the rear building envelope, which can mean smaller equipment, more staged work, and a longer overall program than a standard frontage block.
The cut itself follows the same engineering principles, but your contractor needs to plan machinery access and spoil removal around that handle specifically, ideally confirmed before pricing, not discovered on the day.
