Can a raft slab be repaired if it's damaged after construction?

Minor surface damage — chips, hairline cracking — can genuinely be repaired without much disruption, in the same way any concrete slab surface can be patched or resealed.

Structural movement is a different question, and needs a proper engineering assessment first — since a raft slab is one continuous structural unit, any genuine structural repair has to be designed around how the whole raft behaves, not treated as an isolated patch job.
