Soil Reports
Does a soil report need to be redone if the block is rezoned?
Rezoning itself doesn’t change the actual physical soil, so an existing valid report genuinely remains accurate — what matters is whether your building plans have changed in a way that needs reassessment.
If rezoning leads to a genuinely different scale or type of development than originally assessed, a fresh report tailored to the new proposal is worth commissioning.
